President/CEO

Jeff Giglio – Georgia Tech 1977, BSEE.

Jeff joined Inglett & Stubbs in 1979. He became President in 2000. Primary responsibilities are long term management succession planning, business strategies and financial management.


Executive Vice President/COO

Terry Frierson – University of South Carolina, 1980, BSEE

Terry joined Inglett & Stubbs in 1982. He became Executive Vice President in 2000. Primary responsibilities are evaluating value analysis of designed projects and overall coordination of project management and field operations.


Vice President – Construction Services

Don Davidson – Southern Poly Tech 1977, BSAE.

Don joined Inglett & Stubbs in 1977. He became Vice President in 2000. Responsibilities include commercial, institutional and healthcare estimating, value analysis, and supervision of project management.


Vice President – Technical Facilities

Richard Phillips – San Jacinto College, Electrical-Technical Degree.

Richard has 30+ years experience in the electrical industry. Richard joined Inglett & Stubbs in 1987. He became Vice President in 2000. His primary responsibilities are high tech data centers and heavy industrial, including preconstruction, estimating, value analysis and supervision of project managers.


Special Projects Dept. Manager

Todd Evans – NJATC, five-year electrical apprentice graduate.

Todd had ten years field experience before joining Inglett & Stubbs management staff. His primary responsibilities include managing and coordinating a staff of project managers and service truck administrator. Projects include data communications, maintenance, service work and small short-term projects. Work is supported by a fleet of 50 service technicians and vehicles.


Technical Services Operation Manager

John Bush - Middle Tennessee State University, AS Math, Physics and Liberal Arts.

After completing MTSU, John attended Devry Institute in Atlanta from 1982 through 1984, earning an Associates Degree in Computer Programming. John also has four years of training at the IBEW apprentice training school. In addition, he has completed various vendor training programs that include switchgear wiring, UPS operations, troubleshooting and Georgia Power Medium Voltage Switching and Transformer maintenance. John joined Inglett & Stubbs in 1994. John manages Inglett & Stubbs' Technical Services Department which operates and maintains critical mission facilities.
