Electrical Installation Budgeting

Results of past projects in the tens of million of square feet have substantiated the ability of Inglett & Stubbs estimators to produce an accurate budget estimate of the cost of the electrical work for any size project. Budgets are prepared to the detail allowed by available information and may range from a per-square-foot price based on past experience to a detailed analysis of the cost of each component of the engineer's preliminary design. Budget prices are constantly updated as new information becomes available and a guaranteed maximum cost can be established at any stage if requested. Detailed cost analysis of competitive sub-systems, such as lighting schemes, can be provided to assist an owner/architect/engineer in his decision making process.

We utilize computerized estimating software systems whose output can be linked to project management software to develop weekly man-load schedules and cash flow analysis. These techniques allow us develop a system to closely monitor the "condition" of each construction project.
