Inglett & Stubbs, LLC - Electrical Services

Electrical Construction

Personnel

Inglett & Stubbs can self perform the entire installation with electricians trained through the IBEW Apprenticeship Training Program. This will assure the best available craftsmen, who are familiar with sophistication and complexity of the various electrical systems, are installing the electrical systems. We will provide a Project Management Team, which is experienced in the specific construction activity planned.

Services

Personnel Continuity

We always attempt to utilize the same organizational chart for pre-construction and construction services on a project. By using the same individuals for the Project Management Team, we can guarantee continuity in the process of achieving our committed goals. We feel the best way to understand a project is to estimate it and then be involved in the decisions of the project from the start.

Commitment to Schedule

The company's excellent relationship with manufacturers, vendors and representatives assures the completion of even highly complex projects within extremely short construction schedules without fear of delays caused by material shortages. Inglett & Stubbs is capable of maintaining any construction schedule that is realistically established by the general contractor. The company's stated policy is to bear any expense necessary to avoid interfering with the progress of another trade if adequate time for the electrical installation is initially allowed.

Schedule Development & Monitoring

We will provide the Owner with numerous individual activities and duration to be plotted on the master construction schedule. Critical milestone dates such as equipment delivery, equipment energization, system testing and system checkout will be plotted. We will develop a manpower-loaded schedule to monitor the work progress on a week-by-week basis and address any slippage that may occur.

We will also develop a cost accounting system broken down by systems and phase to monitor the delivery and installation of the electrical equipment and systems.

Commissioning

We approach building commissioning and turning over MEP systems to the owner in the following manner:

Project Closeout

We recommend project closeout to begin three months prior to occupancy and would recommend that the Operation & Maintenance Manuals and training of maintenance personnel be provided at least one month before occupancy. We feel all closeout materials; punch lists, final inspections, as-built drawings and retention should be complete within one month after substantial completion.

Our mission is to be the contractor that consistently exceeds our client's expectations
