Children's Healthcare of Atlanta
| In 1998 Egleston Children' s Health Care System and Scottish Rite Children' s Medical Center, two well-established children' s health systems based in Atlanta, officially merged to become Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. For decades, Scottish Rite and Egleston hospitals have provided the best pediatric care in Georgia , but now Children' s faces a mounting challenge. By 2007, the pediatric population in the Atlanta area is projected to reach a record-breaking 140,000 children - the fastest such growth of any city in the nation. To uphold their commitment to sick and injured children, Children' s must grow as well, in physical size and through additional services, technology and expertise. To this end, Children's expanded and extensively renovated both of our hospitals, Children's at Egleston and Children's at Scottish Rite. Completed in 2007, this $344 million undertaking increased the total number of beds at Children' s from 430 to 500, with flexibility for future growth. Inglett & Stubbs is proud to have been selected as a construction team member in both of these major expansions. | ||

The 150,000 square-foot Jean and Mack Henderson Women's Center at Kennestone opened in June 1998 to serve women's healthcare needs including medical imaging, surgical services and health education and resources. It also houses Kennestone's renowned maternity program equipped with 60 postpartum and 20 labor, birth, and recovery rooms. There are 493 beds at WellStar Kennestone Hospital. Wesley Woods Geriatric Hospital
| The Wesley Woods Center, located half a mile from Emory University Hospital and located on a 64-acre wooded campus in Atlanta’s Druid Hills section, is nationally recognized for its comprehensive care to individuals and families who face age-related health care issues. Wesley Woods Geriatric Hospital is a uniquely designed, 100-bed acute care hospital and outpatient clinic for older adults. The hospital was established in 1987 as the first comprehensive outpatient and acute care facility of its kind to specialize in the fastest growing segment of the population, aging adults. Wesley Woods Long Term Hospital was established in October 1993. This facility is for adults of all ages who no longer require treatment in the intensive care unit of a regular hospital, but still need acute and complex care. Inglett & Stubbs was proud to be selected as a construction team member for this project. | ||
