Inglett & Stubbs' Technical Services, a single source electrical and mechanical contract maintenance company, manages comprehensive preventive and routine maintenance programs that are individually tailored to meet the special needs of owner-occupied, high-end, technically complex facilities. We customize maintenance programs to enhance productivity, eliminate downtime, and lower operating and maintenance costs. The range of customers we serve include data processing centers, long distance providers, wireless telecommunications switch centers, software companies, laboratories, and high-end manufacturers with clean rooms and isolation chambers.

In addition to our low and medium voltage electrical expertise, we offer mechanical, building automation, environmental control systems, water treatment, custodial, building security, landscaping, and minor general construction services. We can provide mobile, cross-trained technicians and/or management teams on an as needed, scheduled, or full time on-site basis depending upon facility requirements.
